About Hamit Demir

Je suis non seulement médecin, mais aussi responsable HSE, rédacteur médical, expert en Télémédecine. Hamit is a medical doctor who graduated from one of the most prestigious medical schools in Turkey in 2011. He has an immersive background in emergency medicine, pediatrics and he worked as a coordinating doctor for several years in the Emergency Medical Assistance Service (112) and National Crisis Management Centre in Turkey. He had realized that there has been a big burden on the Turkish Health System in terms of unnecessary hospital admissions and medical treatment costs. Afterwards, he and his team built Turkey’s first telemedicine service within Allianz Group and ruled many other digital health projects. This service has been giving support to thousands of patients in Turkey. In the same company, he was also responsible for the health and well-being of all of the employees and trained them about positive psychology, stress management, resilience, and ergonomics. During the same years, he also supervised the medical assistance service for traveler’s health and safety coming to Turkey from all around the world. After moving to France, he worked as a consultant physician in a telemedicine service for the Turkish population, and as a Health and Safety Officer for Institute of Ergonomics and Hygiene and responsible for the health, safety and well-being of Twilio employees in France. He is currently responsible for OSH management; health and safety of Electrip France employees (Zorlu Energy Group). He has always been interested in remote medical support, digital health technologies, wellness, mental health and safety of workers and preventive medicine.
