Cariad/ VW Group: Senior Product Owner EV Services Current Job: • Hold the strings together like customer- & market analysis, product definition, business case calculations and optimizations, stakeholder management as the key interface • Prepare board level decisions like preparing, presenting and representing concepts, business cases and decision papers across all levels in the company • Think customer-centered, analytical derivation of customer and market requirements as well as cross-brand and cross-location alignment of product development initiatives • Ensure the technical feasibility and profitability of requirements with the interdisciplinary stakeholders (software developers and architects, sales, finance, procurement, legal, etc.) AUDI- Responsible for the overall work and deployment of Audi digital assistant (product planning and product development)- Define functional scope and development trend - Understanding voice interaction, defining complete voice interaction logic for different application scenarios - Writing technical solutions for Audi digital assistant functions, including software architecture, development requirements and service maintenance requirements - Coordinate and communicate with the corresponding departments in brand and within the group (locally and in Germany), and cooperation with other stake holders e.g. JV's- Close communication with local external partners for product development and optimization - Promote project decision-making - According to the project time and milestones, plan and develop the test plan reasonably, track and correct fix errors - Working on SAFe/Agile methodologies in development and SCRUM techniques - Jira confluences and development features creation and tracking - Knowledge in Vehicle System Previous- Innovation management and innovation scouting - Defining Innovation technologies, Evaluating technical points and making business cases - Management and supporting pre-development activities- Good experience in people management, strategy and product management- Working in global team for complex projects cross-culture cross-region, negotiation, supplier management and contract/SLA management - Wide experience in project coordination - Project Management, Data Analyzing and reporting for top management - KPI analysis and report making - Purchasing part for VW group exports - Experience in development souring - Cost estimation, head count and Budget planning.
