About Hammad Shah

With over 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, I bring a strong balance of technical expertise, strategic management, and a passion for innovation. I’ve worked on a wide range of high-profile projects, including with firms like IBI, HOK, and Gensler, and hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Currently, I serve as the BIM Manager at Aritzia, where I lead ACC project setups, review consultant survey models, and prepare design models that align with company standards. I manage and develop our Revit family libraries, support onboarding and education for new team members, and guide research and development to advance our Revit template and explore emerging technologies. I also collaborate cross-functionally to build efficient, scalable workflows across departments. I believe growth comes from focus, curiosity, and constant learning. My passion for technology and the evolving digital landscape of architecture and construction continues to drive me forward, combining creativity with precision to help shape the future of the built environment.
