I’m an undergraduate Business Finance student at Florida International University with practical experience in collections, business analysis, and community engagement. Currently working at Fiserv as a Collections Associate, I’ve built strong communication and problem-solving skills while supporting financial recovery processes. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst at OCTDaily, where I focused on market research, KPIs, and improving operational efficiency. Outside of work, I’ve been actively involved with Young Muslim of Florida, planning events that bring educational, social, and spiritual value to the community. I’m passionate about using data and strategy to drive business growth and create real-world impact. Always eager to learn, contribute, and grow in roles that challenge me.
