About Hamza Bootwala

Program Manager with expertise in global talent acquisition, L&D, and education. Experienced in corporate roles at Accenture’s Talent & HR Academy and DataSync, where I managed end-to-end hiring for tech roles and led global training initiatives. Key expertise includes program management; global learning delivery across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC; stakeholder engagement, vendor partnerships, and consulting with senior leadership to align L&D strategy with business outcomes. My unique perspective is rooted in a background that began in primary education as a teacher and coordinator, building foundational expertise in instruction and school management. This led to self-employed ventures: launching a recruitment practice that connected school and coaching business owners with academic talent on a commission basis, while simultaneously running a private tutoring and language coaching practice in Pune.
