About Hamza Diyane

As a Senior Advisor - Operational Efficiency and process optimization at Desjardins, I help optimize the performance and productivity of various business units and processes. I apply my knowledge and skills in industrial engineering, lean six sigma, and data analysis to identify and implement improvement opportunities, reduce waste and inefficiencies, and increase customer satisfaction and value. I have a strong education background in industrial engineering, graduating with distinction from Concordia University in 2020. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which demonstrates my ability to apply the principles and tools of lean and six sigma methodologies to improve quality and reduce variation in any process. I have honed these skills through my previous work experience as a Consultant - Supply Chain & Network Operations at Deloitte and a Supervisor COOP at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where I contributed to various projects involving inventory management, logistics, procurement, and operational excellence. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and delivering value to clients and stakeholders.
