About Hamza Masud

I'm a seasoned professional with a track record of driving impact and innovation across diverse domains. As the Head of Business Strategy and Operations at Invest2Innovate (i2i), I crafted and executed strategies that fostered growth, from OKRs implementation to fostering strategic alliances with stakeholders like HEC Pakistan, The World Bank, SMEA, Meta, and Accelerate Prosperity. I also empowered startups through training sessions, enabling them to excel in competitions like the Pakistan ISF Awards. My operations expertise shines through the successful execution of over 20 large-scale startup ecosystem events. I have also worked closely with programs team to work with over 50 incubators and accelerators in 9 MENA countries as well as in Pakistan on Gender Lens Capacity Building as part of World Bank’s WeFi initiative to create sustainable support and access to finance for women-led businesses. As a Business and Operations Lead at i2i, I further optimised processes, cultivated strategic partnerships, and championed a collaborative culture, all while implementing cost-effective financial strategies. My career journey reflects a deep commitment to driving impact and innovation in diverse contexts. In addition to my work at i2i, I founded Mid City Pharmacy and Laboratory in 2015, where I made substantial contributions to healthcare accessibility. Achieving a remarkable 6X YoY revenue growth, I transformed the organisation into a state-of-the-art laboratory facility, witnessing monthly footfalls of visitors.
