I am a Facilities Manager at GAC Group, a leading integrated shipping, logistics and marine services provider in the region, with over 12 years of experience in facility management, project management, contracting and consulting firms. I hold a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Engineers Australia and a Master's of Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. My core competencies include engineering project management, infrastructure projects, project development, surveying, compliance, and PPM. I oversee the efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, planning for future needs and requirements, and supporting and mentoring engineers and manpower. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and solutions to clients, maximizing company profitability, and creating a safe and comfortable working environment for staff and visitors. I have successfully led and motivated teams in cross-cultural settings, introduced process improvements, and executed complex projects in accordance with health, safety and environmental standards. I have also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education, Dubai, for my contribution to the educational facilities. My goal is to continue to leverage my engineering and management expertise to enhance the performance and sustainability of the facility and the organization.
