operational leasing - telematics - fleet management - smart use of data - international sales - strategy During my 23 years of automotive sales experience, it became very clear to me what challenges fleet owners face. Then I started to understand the value of data and how data can opimize processes, gaining grip on TCO. Over 6 years I have been helping (international) fleet owners with fleet management using data, improving driving behavior, lowering TCO and lowering their carbon footprint. After returning to car leasing, I’m now putting my earlier learning into practice. It's my specialty building a solid sales team and leading them to success. I have a proven track record when it comes to setting-up and shaping large sales teams. In my job I have focus on both new business and management of the existing customers base (new customers are needed for growth, not for filling in the gaps of customers leaving). I have extensive experience with both SME and corporate accounts.
