My name is Cheng-Han Lyu. I graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University, majored in business administration and specialized in financial management and international trade. After retiring from the army, I went to Leamaxx Intl. Co, Ltd, which was a wholesaler mainly exported food products, beverage containers, machine and kitchenware to USA. Be an international trade specialist and sales assistant, I helped sales to fulfill clients' need, purchased goods, manipulated export procedure, processed A/P and invoice management, implemented customized-product project, represented company’s contact person to handle FDA & EPD affairs, maintained the operation of the warehouse, created and updated inventory reports. Since the scale of the company was small, I've become a detail-oriented, multi-tasking and communicative person in order to maintain the relationship with clients and make the supply of goods from manufacturers stable. In 2017, Leamaxx moved to Sanchong where it was far from the place I lived, I decided to quit. After two months interview, I've been recruited by Kimberly Clark Taiwan and been an CSC specialist. During the interview, I've been told that I mainly responsible for processing orders via SAP, contacting sales and clients, coordinated with logistic team and half the time participating in procurement project in department of supply chain. But when the time I reported for duty, I had been notified that the project was cancelled due to the corporate reorganization and that deviated my career. On September 2018, I had been hired by Chitec Technology Co,LTD, which was a chemical company and had two factory in Taiwan. I was a sales specialist in sales department and in charge of Taiwan and Japan Market. Mainly contacted clients to acquire orders, replied all kinds of questions from clients promptly, handled product quality complaints, calculated costs and quotation, manipulated shipping and export procedure, collected overdue receivables and negotiated with factory to make sure the goods were available. In 2020, thanks to the recognition of my executive, I became the person in charge of TfS certificate, Ecovadis certificate and occupational safety and health affair manager. Helped Chitec to acquire both certificates and complied with occupational safety and health regulatory. With the background of international trade and sales work experiences, I have grown a strong sensitivity of number and quantity, communication skill and inter-personal skill. I believe my past experience and my skill sets are perfect to match with this position.
