Welcome to my profile~ As a person who has strong passion for information technology field, I have big appetite for database development, java programming, web development, developing dashboard, reports, data models, and performance-related insights. WHAT I CAN DO: I have intermediate IT skill sets that allows me to query data using SQL or PL/SQL; process small datasets using MS Excel(charts, VLOOKUP, pivot table, conditional formatting, and etc.), program small application using Java via object oriented programming(OOP) concept; iOS mobile app using XCode and swift; front-end web programming via HTML/CSS; data analysis by cleaning the datasets then visualize it using tableau to share with the stakeholders; understanding of software development cycles and agile methodology for developing the project. WHAT I DID: I have strong customer service experience from working as instructor/manager and bank teller. As a instructor/manager, I have engaged with over 2k+ customers via in-person, email, and phone. My duty was to build rapport, answer any questions regarding to the service, and resolve any issues. In addition, I have used MS excel daily for the customers' data management, created business website using HTML/CSS, analyzed the collected data from google analytic to gain insights for the customers' interest, and created simple customer database using SQL for entry and query. As a bank teller, I have listened and responded to the customer's inquiry carefully and always provided 100% efforts to provide solutions. I understand that being patience is crucial element for providing outstanding customer service and going out of my way to provide assistance is another relevant aspect as well. In addition, I have earned seven customer satisfaction certificates for providing excellent customer service. I was in part of the project called "Access Anywhere" application, which is cloud-based app that allows the user to upload, download, and view the files. I was in charge of creating user login screen UI and other pages using HTML/CSS. The concept of the design was user friendly since the users were not tech savvy, therefore, I have chosen to use simple layout with few icons, larger size, and light theme colors. In addition, I was in charge of collecting, documenting, and organizing the files to be presentable. WHAT I BELIEVE: I believe taking responsibility for your actions, respectful to yourself and the others, listen more, and optimistic about your work produces positive outcome. Not what I read, but experienced it.
