About Hana Kaneko

Prize122With a background in both global and domestic firms, I’ve developed expertise in corporate sales, organizational development, and social impact. At Dentsu, I led initiatives in sustainability and diversity before pursuing my master's at Keio University’s SDM program, focusing on wellbeing-centered management, systems thinking, and design thinking. During graduate studies, I joined GO Inc. in its founding phase to launch the corporate CS division and later founded my own startup.Currently, I serve as Head of People Development at Metaps Holdings, leading end-to-end HR initiatives—from new grad and executive hiring to HR systems, training, and internal branding—with a focus on human capital and wellbeing.Beyond corporate roles, I am the founder of “Plushie Nursery,” a concept spotlighted in major media for its exploration of the emotional bonds between people and stuffed animals. I am also conducting doctoral research on human–plushie interaction. As a cross-disciplinary professional, I continue to lecture, support startups, and drive sustainable co-prosperity between business and society.
