About Hana Kitamura

Graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Business Administration, I’m a Bilingual Japanese English Business Ops Coordinator with experience supporting business operations, people operations, and client-facing coordination in fast-paced food service and event-based environments. In my current role, I support end-to-end operations during an ownership transition, helping maintain continuity across staffing, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination, and client communications.I manage backend administrative workflows, including contract intake, permit and compliance documentation, and customized correspondence for enterprise-level corporate clients such as studios, large companies, and live-event organizers. I also build and maintain operational systems using Connectteams, QuickBooks, and Notion to track staffing, payroll, onboarding status, and event logistics, and act as a liaison between ownership, staff, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
