About Hana Teplarkova

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected process improvement abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. Over past 12 years I gained professional experience within multicultural companies Verizon and ABB. During those years I managed to grow as a flexible fast learner. My career started in Verizon as a Tier 1 24/7 Network Engineer for European Managed Services, during those almost 6 years I've learned on how to perform technical support to customers that had problems with their network service and advocate for them by escalating unresolved issues in regards to their almost 1300 devices managed by Verizon. Then I've been nominated as a Quality Team Lead within the same team to cover maternity leave. During this quite short period of time I've been assigned to Lead Cisco lost spare parts project which ended up with great results and brought significant savings to the company. In 2017 I've joined ABB as a Project Specialist where I've been responsible for technical implementation and testing of the Integrated Project Management software. After two years in ABB I've accepted the QA Tester role for SafetyInsight software which is a digital approach to process safety management for high-hazard process industries.
