About Me: A healthcare recruiter with over 3 years in the industry. I specialise in Mental Health but have worked across the board, be it Homecare and also care homes. I aspire to bring mental health to the forefront of societal conversation and also seek voluntary participation within mental health charities and organisations. Professional Journey: In my current role, I am currently with framework and non-framework clients as a senior recruitment consultant, endeavouring to deliver the most competent and enthusiastic healthcare professionals to hospitals and care homes across the country. Previous Experience: I began my journey into the sales/recruitment industry at Fenwick Healthcare where I started off as a member of the administrative team. My competency on the phones and ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates secured me a position as a consultant and then, eventually a business development manager who headed the Mental Health division. Consultant of the year 2022 at Fenwick Healthcare. 440k gross profit achieved in my 2nd year as a consultant.(2022) Over generated in turnover for the company.(2022) Led my newly established division to over a turnover within a year.(2022) Passion and Approach: I bring a combination of business acumen, leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to an organization whilst being able to assess the short and long term implications of business-related decisions.
