About Hanadi Hijab

With a BA in Business Management and a diverse skill set in HR and Sales, I am a People Experience Executive at SARA Group, a leading retail company in the UAE. I enhance the employee journey and performance by managing learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and personnel management, aligning them with the company's vision and values.I have over seven years of experience in both sales and HR, where I developed strong interpersonal, customer service, and compliance skills. I started as a Sales Representative and progressed to a Senior Sales Executive, where I handled large accounts and delivered excellent results. I then switched to HR, where I became proficient in payroll, NSSF, MOF, insurance, and HRIS administration, as well as labor laws and regulations. I also contributed to people engagement initiatives, CSR efforts, and effective communications. Recently, I relocated from Lebanon to the UAE, an opportunity that enriched my professional journey and broadened my understanding of regional practices and cultures. I am motivated by the challenge of adapting to new environments and making a positive impact wherever I go.
