I was Handling all the administrative work, coordinating with all related departments regarding follow up documentation, handling the CEO's calendar, travel schedule and correspondence, implementing proper electronic and hard filling systems. I was also responsible for internal and external correspondences, preparing agendas in advance, preparing type filling, minutes of meeting, arranging business trips as needed, managing most aspects of day – to – day office functions. I also Coordinated and followed up on on-going conferences, exhibitions, events, and contacted the media to cover such events and other related activities. I Corresponded as per CEO’s instruction with external and internal parties clearly and precisely, Drafting & typing letters/correspondences.
