Over 14 years of experience in the IT Industry, I have been helping organizations with their digital transformation for more than 9 years. A versatile professional, offering strong technical and business knowledge along with agile project management experience, consolidated with focused expertise in ECM and BPM. Conducted several successful ECM projects involving solution analysis, development and implementation. Responsible for Analyzing designing and implementing multiple automated Business Processes and Workflows for different verticals, including Education, Government agencies, Financial institutions, Transportation, Insurances and professional services. Her experience extends to conduct onsite discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine functional requirements for custom integrations. My goal is always to apply my expertise in business process consulting to help clients tackling inefficient business processes, minimizing waste in time and cost, improving productivity and supporting them in implementing efficient content service processes that align with their digital transformation strategy. My prior experience as teaching assistant at the university for 5 years has helped her conducting on-site and online trainings for clients’ users and system admins. I participate in both the pre/ post sales phases by recommending solutions that best fit the customer’s needs, encompassing document imaging, data capture, document management / records management, and workflow solutions.
