About Hanbo Chen
I received my medical degree from the University of Toronto in 2014 and completed my postgraduate training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Western Ontario in 2019, followed by a combined clinical-research fellowship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Amsterdam UMC (VUMc) until 2021. I also completed a concurrent MPH in Epidemiology degree at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, focusing on quantitative/big data methods. My research interests include studying the outcomes and toxicity of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR), as well as exploring the clinical and technological approaches to increase the therapeutic ratio of SABR, such as with the MR-Linac.
