About Handy Pratama

Handy is Business Consultant for Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia, one of Industry 4.0 pioneer in Indonesia. During his time here, he liaise with clients to help them to develop 4.0 solutions (e.g, analytics, IoT, and digital control tower) to solve their business problem. Previously, he served as Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Facilitator for Nigerian biggest FMCG company, Dufil Prima Food. During his time here, he drive wide variety of projects from process improvement project to digital transformation projects. He has years of experience in liaising customer/end-users with relevant stakeholder in management position. These years of experience is backed up by a strong academic background (Master of Science in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering) and certification from high profile institute (MIT, Microsoft, and ASQ). The typical works or projects that stimulate him the most is improvement or transformation project, where he can interact with end user and stakeholders, identified busines or technical problem, then formulating and implementing solutions Years of experience in training and projects has trained him to be an individual who can understand the manufacturing or business process extremely fast and translate the end user problem / requirements right the first time into formulated solutions for management (business process problem) or technical/IT teams (manufacturing/technical process problem).
