About Hang Pham

My experience is a blend of academic and practical knowledge, which I believe complement each other. I have a passionate interest in agriculture and food safety and security, as I believe that agriculture plays an essential role in all countries, since humans learned to stand. As a result of my unique international work and study experiences, my leadership style is flexible, depending on the situation and personality. I always learn new things to renew myself and share my knowledge with the world. My international experiences have given me unique work experience and access to experts in many fields, which has helped me narrow my weaknesses and sharpen my mind. The mixed cultures, different consciousnesses, and educational backgrounds facilitate the development of my skills quickly and effectively. I've discovered and built up my potential skills and improved my self-awareness. In addition, I built the core irrigation and nursery team for my previous company. This opportunity helped me gain insight into sustainable development in agriculture and others. I've seen the vital role of agriculture from the individual to the global level. Moreover, I've successfully challenged my limits and strengthened and broadened my expertise and skills.
