About Hani Abdallah

I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, education, research, and development. With a Ph.D. in Automatic Systems and a master's degree in informatics and Telecommunication, I have a strong academic foundation and expertise in areas such as signal processing, remote sensing, and lidar data. As a Program Manager at IDEAL, I have successfully managed and designed capacity building programs, conducted research and evaluation, developed curricula and assessment tools. I have collaborated with prestigious organizations like UNDP IRAQ, World Vision, UNHCR, Oxfam, and UNICEF, working on projects ranging from computer training to youth empowerment and team coaching. In addition to my program management role, I have also served as a University Professor at Lebanese University, teaching various courses in computer science, statistics, research methodology, and digital communication. This experience has allowed me to effectively communicate complex concepts and facilitate learning for students. As a Research & Development, I have conducted innovative research, developed training materials, and delivered programs focused on computer skills and IT advancements. I have also worked as a Senior Educational Consultant at RDC, providing solutions in educational management, STEM/STEAM education, and e-learning. During my tenure as the Dean of Arts and Sciences Faculty at AUCE, I successfully coordinated the development and implementation of the faculty's vision and goals, led strategic planning and curriculum development efforts, and fostered international collaborations. I am skilled in various programming languages such as Java, C++, R, and Python, and have expertise in database management, modeling and simulation, and conflict management. My research contributions are reflected in a number of book chapters, journal publications, and conference proceedings. Overall, I bring a strong academic background, extensive experience in program management and education, and a passion for research and development. I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the field of education and have a track record of successful collaborations with organizations and institutions to achieve meaningful outcomes.
