Bringing over two decades of experience as a Tri-lingual humanitarian professional (English, French, Arabic) and an extensive background as an International Delegate, I've consistently demonstrated proficiency in aiding vulnerable populations across challenging environments. From supporting PAHO in Haiti to collaborating globally with the WHO, my journey includes critical operations in Northwest Syria and a pivotal role in the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. My specialized skills encompass effective coordination, leadership, strategic planning, grant and budget management, and monitoring of emergency response programs. Expertise extends to partnership, networking, fundraising, team leading, and multisectoral collaboration across health, WASH, SRH, nutrition, protection, GBV, PSEA, IDPs health response, logistics, and more. Career highlights include coordinating the Health Cluster in Haiti, leading COVID-19 response globally, supporting cross-border missions in Syria, and managing Ebola response operations. I've strengthened partner capacities, spearheaded curriculum implementation for the GFARC, and expanded mental health activities in Lebanon. Beyond achievements, I excel in project management, resource mobilization, and partnerships with INGOs, NGOs, Red Cross, UN agencies, applying IHR and IHL. My leadership in high-level decision-making, representation, and strategic development, coupled with effective budget management, positions me as a valuable asset for comprehensive and impactful humanitarian leadership.
