I am a senior corporate banking leader, CFO and Board Member with more than 20 years’ experience across multiple strategic leadership roles with one of Saudi Arabia’s leading banks and one of the top real estate developers in the MENA region. Throughout my career, I have built a first-class track record of driving transformational change, turning around underperforming businesses, enabling revenue growth, mitigating risk and positioning businesses for future expansion. I rapidly identify problems, create workarounds and implement innovative solutions which enhance operational effectiveness and consequently revenue, whilst aligning with the relevant corporate governance and regulatory rules. One of my key strengths is talent management and I have hired, restructured and managed multiple high performing teams at scale. I strongly believe that building the right team and getting their buy in to corporate strategy and other big decisions is the key to a successful business and I am always seeking to develop outstanding individuals, enhance succession planning and increase staff loyalty.
