With over 9 years of experience in quality engineering, I'm a committed problem solver focused on improving business processes while maintaining regulatory compliance. I have a strong background in medical device software development, validation, and risk management, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. I am currently seeking new opportunities to contribute to developing innovative business solutions. In my most recent role as a Software Quality Manager at Imagen Technologies, I provided quality oversight for the release of a cloud-based computer-aided detection device, Aorta-CAD. I streamlined the software release process by revamping distribution and customer order management and spearheaded the implementation of Ketryx, an automated documentation tool that enhanced development and compliance. In my next role, I hope to implement generative AI to increase efficiency in document and record generation and review through the development of fine-tuned agents and multi-agent frameworks.
