About Hank Hellstrom

My career objective is to strategically support people impacted by climate change. I bring an engineering mindset that I developed as an undergrad at Georgia Tech, as well as public affairs skills that I am developing as I study Human Rights at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. I'm comfortable working with data, savvy with technology, and a systems thinker. I also have developed my soft skills to be an effective communicator, teammate, and teacher. I am driven to center equity and justice in my work because of my knowledge of history, engagement with contemporary struggles, and time working in homeless shelters. There are so many challenges to human rights today that while climate change is my main long-term focus, I am excited to support any organization that shares my core value that all people deserve to thrive.
