About Hanna Ivanchenko

I am an effective and self-motivated Junior Project manager who loves to work on projects related to Customer Care. All my previous work life was dedicated to Customer Service when I started as a Support Consultant and later became a Team Lead of the Support team. When I am a client, I always pay attention to how services are provided and what tools are used to improve them. Understanding the customer's needs or pain can encourage us to find a new direction in what and how we as a Support team can do better. That is why I acted as a Relationship manager, which helped me collect customers' feedback and find a way to change our strategy for solving the cases and/or creating the product. Since it is a two-way relationship, I could provide my feedback to the customer, so further communication would be more effective. I am not a perfectionist, but I have a strong will to be prepared for any interaction, whether a major presentation or a daily meeting. A part of my job was to act as an internal and an external trainer, so not only me will be ready with the answers. You might also see that I used to study psychology at the university, although I have never worked as one. Despite this, I have strong empathy and know how to motivate people to be solution-oriented and be satisfied with their job.
