About Hannah Ali

I have most recently handled claims for Noise Induced Hearing Loss, this has enhanced my ability to handle claims from cradle to grave. This involved liaising with external parties and making a decision on claims settlements. I have a demonstrated history of working in Financial Services and Customer Management for 7 years. I have worked in a variety of projects involving complaint handling, remediation, data gathering, people auditing, internal investigations and travelling to client sites. Many of these projects involved working with banks, property finance specialists and other large private sector employers in the UK. In previous roles, I have also had exposure to working with reputable digital clients as a product specialist. Whilst working on projects, I have acted as a quality checker (QC) for new team members. This involved setting up training calls to run new team members through processes, build FAQs etc and assisting in creating a process map for further guidance. I have extensive experience in completing end to end reviews, investigative casework, taking priority of my own workload and I am able to self-manage whilst taking a proactive approach to achieve positive outcomes. I have also deputised as a QC in other financial service projects outside of PwC, which involved ensuring that my team adhered to the quality standards set out by the client to ensure positive and fair outcomes are reached for both parties. To continue my upskilling in Financial Services, I have recently started a Professional Qualification in Financial Services. In addition to all of this, I have experience acting as a Team Leader, facilitating huddles, managing a team and carrying out 1 to 1’s. In 2016, I obtained a BSc in Psychology with Criminology from the University of Huddersfield.
