About Hannah Arnold

With over a decade of experience as a Registered Social Worker, I am deeply rooted in social justice and have dedicated my career to working alongside communities who have been pushed to the margins. As a guest and settler on these lands, I approach my practice through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and relational lens. I am committed to the ongoing journey of decolonizing both my work and the ways I show up in the world. My front-line work has always been centered on reflective, reciprocal relationship-building—where listening, humility, and mutual respect guide the process, as genuine connection must be at the heart of what we do. The clients I get the privilege of working with are always the teachers—teaching me more about the resiliency of the human spirit than I ever thought was possible. Alongside meaningful relationship-building, I am deeply committed to challenging systemic inequalities and advocating for structural change—because without structural change, true equity remains out of reach. As I continue to pursue my passion for social justice and connection, I’m eager to collaborate with like-minded professionals and organizations working toward a more equitable and just world.
