I am currently a case supervisor at Project Hope Foundation for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder for ages 4-7. I am passionate about improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through data-driven, compassionate care. With a foundation rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I specialize in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising implementation teams to ensure meaningful and sustainable progress. I have primarily worked in a clinic setting, guiding clients through skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs tailored to their unique strengths and needs. I enjoy collaborating closely with families, RBTs, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure consistency across environments and to support generalization of learned skills. Whether working one-on-one with clients or leading clinical teams, I strive to maintain the highest ethical standards and deliver evidence-based practices that create lasting change. I’m continually expanding my skills through continuing education and value opportunities that allow me to contribute to a more inclusive and supportive world.
