I specialise in recruiting for the part qualified and newly qualified sector in Accountancy, working on roles across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire. This includes roles such as Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Assistant Financial Accountant, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Managers and Group Accountants. Working alongside professionals studying AAT, CIMA or ACCA or professionals qualified by experience in the Accountancy sector. With an extensive understanding of the CIMA, ACCA, AAT & ACA qualifications, I am in a great position to understand what essential criteria is necessary within a candidates next role in relation to practical experience requirements. With this understanding, I can also assist with long term career planning - building relationships with candidates at a crucial moment in their career and advising on the right move for them at that moment in time, but also what future career prospects they should consider to achieve their long term goals and their chosen qualifications. I pride myself on my relationships. I strive to provide a specialist service to enable me to offer longevity within a job search - a safe, familiar, reliable and comfortable place for a candidate to discuss their needs everytime they are looking for a new role. I thoroughly enjoy helping a candidate gain the progression that they deserve and witnessing them get one step closer to their chosen goal. I also have experience advising on the move from Practice to Industry. I have extensive market knowledge regarding relevant companies and I understand how crucial timing can be within this process. Whether you are client or candidate, I try and personalise each position I work with, building relationships with both sides of the process. I provide as much information as possible to both during interview processes which provides surety to both client and candidate when making decisions about their future roles.
