About Hannah Bates

I have been working in the veterinary field since 2007 and I have essentially worked in every position within a hospital setting besides a veterinarian. I started my career as a kennel attendant and I have worked as hospital manager for the last three years. I love working within the veterinary industry and I couldn't see myself in other place in my life. While initially my passion was for the patients, over time I became very passionate about the individuals whom work within the industry. I strive to provide myself and those around me with a positive workplace culture and a healthy work/life balance, while encouraging them to develop and grow as individuals and professionals. I hope to still in the industry long enough to help create an impact within it as a whole, and hopefully see it in it's entirety to grow.
