About Hannah Bishop

For four years I had the opportunity to work as an administrative assistant, in a medium sized church setting, and learn from two wonderful mentors. Under their direction, I developed the skills to support department heads who were responsible for high profile programs and services that included developing the leadership of many volunteers. In addition to those skills, I also became an event planner, setting up for major programs and trainings. I also developed my skills as a speaker, participating in training workshops and sessions. I worked and put myself through college, choosing a major, faith-based counseling, that I thought would best help me to interact and understand others. In the position of administrative assistant, I was sometimes the first impression of the organization, and I know how important that role can be. Listening skills, work ethic, and coachability are all qualities that are important to the success of someone in this position. As a world, national, and state championship title holder in equestrian sports, I know how to set goals, work toward them, make adjustments, and see failure as an opportunity to grow. I may be young, but I have had parents who have taught me the value of education, serving others, and achieving objectives. My goal is to find a work environment that is dedicated to serving others with excellence. My sweet spot is my relational and administrative skills. I thrive on completing tasks, small and large, and having the capacity to anticipate needs and trouble shoot before an actual problem might arise. I have excellent customer service and communication skills. I always want to leave a meeting or conversation having made the situation better with my contribution. No task is too small, because the details in the small aspects of daily operations make everything run smoothly.
