About Hannah Blessing

A recent Sustainability graduate from Arizona State University with a passion for responsible resource use, lowering carbon footprints and environmental stewardship. After doing a service year working for non-profits with AmeriCorps and then graduating with an associate's degree in Human Services, it became clear to me that whatever I did in life I just wanted to make a positive difference. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed skills in research, critical thinking, strategic problem-solving and teamwork, particularly in areas surrounding sustainable urban dynamics, environmental injustice, and sustainable food and ecosystems. For my capstone course "Understanding and Operationalizing ESG in an Organizational Context", I was introduced to the history and current context of ESG and learned about the tools and frameworks used in ESG measurement and reporting. I would love to be a part of a sustainable future by balancing human development with the protection of our natural world. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and passion for sustainability into a professional setting and am actively seeking internships or entry-level opportunities and open to connecting with professionals and organizations focused on ESG and sustainable change.
