With experience spanning nonprofit leadership, digital content, marketing, and customer relations, I specialize in fostering meaningful relationships that align with organizational values and goals. Currently, as Corporate Partnerships & Grants Lead at the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA, I leverage my expertise to secure impactful corporate sponsorships, develop creative partnership strategies, and craft compelling grant proposals that drive long-term success. I excel at understanding stakeholders’ needs, aligning them with organizational initiatives, and creating opportunities that deliver value for all parties. Previously, I gained extensive experience in community work and customer engagement through roles at organizations such as CEE, Ontario Black History Society, and Fable. I’ve managed digital campaigns, coached diverse teams, and worked in hospitality roles that honed my people-first approach and ability to deliver exceptional experiences. Beyond my work, I am deeply committed to promoting diversity, accessibility, and anti-racist practices in all spaces. I hold a degree in Community Work and certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Unconscious Bias, which inform my leadership and advocacy efforts.
