About Hannah Breeds

Hannah is a chartered water and environmental engineer with expertise in flood alleviation schemes, surface water management, detailed civil design and design team leadership in both the UK and New Zealand. Hannah has experience in all stages of a project from confirming needs to detailed design, and through to construction and take over, via a range of projects for water companies across the UK including Thames Water, Southern Water and United Utilities. She also has extensive knowledge in the design and use of stormwater management devices such as SuDS, with her work in both the UK and New Zealand. Her tenacious and ‘can-do’ attitude along with her eye for detail has seen the successful delivery of the largest and most high-profile projects within Optimise’s AMP5 programme, as well as a suite of projects including the sewer crossing rail programme requiring specialist understanding and liaison with colleagues, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
