About Hannah Bryan

While my formal training is in industrial engineering, I would consider myself more of a catch-all problem solver with 5+ years of experience of using data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative methods to formulate recommended strategies and process improvements. I specialize in building relationships with team members to track down the root cause(s) of issues, not just put a band-aid on the problem. Lately I have been following my passion to manage cross-functional team projects that are planning future innovation, which allows me to leverage my experience to anticipate operational challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to design a data-driven solution. My previous roles formed my appreciation for how difficult it is to make lasting changes a reality and that a leader’s decision can have a cascading impact not only on customers but more often the frontline teams. I can remember coming home from work some days feeling exhausted but having a huge smile on my face because my project allowed me to be in the trenches working with the teams to successfully handle challenging but exciting operations (new theme park land openings, attraction construction, COVID operations). No task is beneath me and I will gladly do the eight hours of observations in the blazing hot sun if it’s what is required from the team to gather the insight necessary for to making informed business decisions. As lame as it sounds, I wholeheartedly embrace the phrase “Team work makes the dream work”
