About Hannah Bryson

Hi, I’m Hannah Bryson I’m the Director of Implementations at MedOptim, where we help clinics and hospitals take the stress out of staffing and workflows. My background is in Biological Sciences and I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH), which gives me a unique mix of clinical understanding and operational know-how. At MedOptim, we focus on making life easier for providers and their teams by offering-Medical Scribes who handle charting so providers can focus on patients-Virtual Medical Assistants (VMAs) to support scheduling, chart prep, prior authorizations, and outreach-Turnover Protection to keep clinics covered when staffing changes happen-Workflow Consulting to smooth out processes and improve efficiency. In my role, I work closely with new clients to implement services and get their teams up and running quickly. I love building relationships, understanding each clinic’s unique needs, and finding solutions that actually work day-to-day. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: make sure providers feel supported, clinics run smoothly, and patients get the care they deserve.
