About Hannah Cartwright

I am an experienced Digital Product Manager and team leader with a demonstrated history of developing unique solutions to problems, and enhancing digital experiences by leveraging technology. For the last 8 years, I have been using the technological and problem-solving skills to increase revenue and build a better experience for clients. My past job experience has led to advanced agile development and technical knowledge. They have given me the ability to break down a complex technology-based problem into manageable pieces, so that a valuable and usable digital experience is delivered and iterated on repeatedly. Most recently, I manage execution for Bank of America’s Merchant Services Digital Sales experience, where I contribute to the strategy and vision for credit card payments acceptance using insights from data analytics and findings from user studies. I also coordinate between technology and LOB stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class experience for clients. During my time in this role, the program funding has more than tripled, site visits have more than doubled, and activations have increased by over 25%.
