My academic research, grounded in Gender, Work and Employment, is more than a study; it's a mission to change lives.Starting as a waitress to fund my university studies, I turned my research on workplace sexual harassment into actionable staff training on women's safety. This shift from service to empowerment underscores my commitment to practical applications of academic insight, all carried out with a strong ethical backbone.At German Kraft, I harnessed insights from my Master's research, leadership and problem-solving abilities to transform a team of over 40 staff. The result? Greater cohesion, lower staff turnover, and a more efficient, happier team. When not immersed in work, I feed my love for Art History and cultural exploration through travel.
