About Hannah Deeb

Kia ora! I am a Chapter Lead of Technology Business Analysis at ANZ. I guide a high performing team of 16 Technology Business Analysts who deliver digital services and products responding to changing customer and regulatory needs. My journey at ANZ has included leading people, product management and technology delivery in agile environments. For over a decade, I've been a lifeguard patrolling New Zealand's beaches ensuring water safety and responding to incidents. In my previous role as a Product Manager of Home Loans at ANZ, I was a part of the management team of New Zealand's largest Home Loan portfolio. I also was a Product Owner in Technology, delivering a sophisticated mathematical model on a cloud platform, Salesforce, for a major compliance program. I joined ANZ from Meridian Energy where I worked as an Operational Research Assistant, providing mathematical analysis and strategic guidance to generation controllers and energy traders. I hold a First Class Honors degree in engineering from the University of Auckland. When I’m not immersed in tech and leadership you’ll find me at the beach surfing or rowing a surf boat.
