About Hannah Doherty

I am a passionate and driven project leader who understands the value of restorative practice and nurture ideals to fulfil the needs of developing children. Creating a space of understanding and safety is paramount when learning. Incorporating such practices help learners progress quicker and adopt coping as well as communicative skills to further their social experience in an education setting. Having a psychology background opened up a world of understanding and how best to adopt certain practices to encourage learners. Many children have physical, learning and behavioural complexities that need the right approaches and care to work through these challenges. It is imperative to be open, understanding and patient with developing processes. Skills that I posses.
