About Hannah Doster

I started as Peak Time Teller in February of 2019. In October, I became a full-time teller. After a year in the position, I was made solely responsible for managing the cash vault of the branch, organizing weekly cash shipments, and keeping cash levels within compliance in addition to all teller responsibilities. In February of 2022, I left US Bank to move to Indiana, where I joined PNC as a full-time teller and quickly transferred into the role of BSS RRT. As an RRT, I operated as a float banker/teller, where I moved around a set region and filled in holes in staffing as either teller or banker in order to keep customer experience across PNC branches a positive one. After a little over a year, I shifted into full-time banker, and shortly after that, to lead teller. My current responsibilities include training new tellers, as well as coaching seasoned tellers, to grow their strengths and encourage development while managing operations on the teller line and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
