At Market Performance Group, I help our team find and hire exceptional talent by leaning on strong organizational skills and a thoughtful, people-first approach. I’ve transitioned from revenue management into talent acquisition, making sure we bring in individuals who are not only highly capable but also a great fit for the dynamic and fast-paced world of retail. I earned my BASc in Health Services Management with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, and while my background began in healthcare, the skills I gained - attention to detail, systems thinking, and communication - have carried over seamlessly into every role since. Previously, as a Revenue Manager at The CPG by MPG, I played a key role in streamlining billing processes to support revenue growth. I’ve always thrived in collaborative environments and am energized by building strong, high-performing teams that help drive our mission forward.
