About Hannah Echols

As a senior leader with progressive experience and growth, I have been in the post-acute industry since 2005 (and absolutely loved 99% of it!), starting as a Scheduler for a large non-profit Hospice/Palliative agency, and transitioning through the ranks of Operations and into Technology leadership in 2010 with an EMR transition to Homecare Homebase. I was recruited in 2014 to stand-up the Technology department of a start-up Certified Medicare Division of Humana, where my experience pivoted from Hospice/Palliative to Home Health, with increased exposure to both Medicare Advantage plans and Payor-Provider relationships, in general. I've been a SME with Homecare Homebase since 2010, have served on the HCHB Customer Advisory Board and Education Cabinet, and remain engaged with both the Software company and many of its Customers and integrated solution providers. I've implemented HCHB across HH, HOS, Palliative, and Private Duty in nearly 20 agencies and have lead M&A efforts for HCHB agencies in both HH and HOS 10+ times. I've been an advanced Tableau & HCHB KnowledgeLink user and Reports Writer since 2013, and Analytics Certified Builder (Tableau platform) since 2017, focused on data analytics, data confidence, and data-driven performance and outcomes based on best practices. I have extensive experience with other EMRs and BI Tools as well, including but not limited to: Axxess, WellSky, Netsmart MyUnity, Matrixcare, KanTime, HospiceWorks, HospiceTools, PowerBI, SSRS, and Qlikview. I've been consulting full time since mid-2020, where I also had the privileges' in engaging with a couple of Behavioral Health and Population Health focused organizations. I have a strong background in project management, implementation, M&A, process engineering, product development, and Leadership. Having proven success as a (mostly remote) individual contributor, the majority of my experience is with leading teams ranging in size from 3 to 30 employees, and a mix of remote/multi-state v local, onshore v offshore, and associate v contract, as well as various skillsets between technical/operational support, programming, development, data management, consulting, product development/management, project management, HR/Payroll, data/reporting/analysis, RPA, and general supervision. As such, I have developed a deep rooted understanding and ability to interpret and engage in areas that I may not have direct experience with from a personal skill level.
