About Hannah Evers
Becoming a clinical staff pharmacist in the hospital setting has allowed me to pursue my passions of cancer care, anticoagulation management, and COPD/CHF education, as well as strengthening my skills in the inpatient pharmacy setting. Utilizing my cross-training and critical thinking skills, I then transitioned to a mainly pediatric inpatient focus, where I learned just how resilient kiddos can be! My career now has pivoted to a blood disorder focus, specifically in the hemophilia and anticoagulation sectors. Quality patient care is what I strive to achieve, as the patients deserve the best. I love what I do and hope that comes across in my everyday practice.
