I've been in PR and communications for over 15 years, working mostly for agencies but with some in-house experience too. I 'get' what it's like to be the client. Today at Plain Speaking PR, I'm Client Services Director. It means I oversee successful client relationships and support Pippa, our MD, as her right-hand woman. We're a small senior team, so as well as taking the strategic overview, our clients benefit from experienced professionals running their accounts, day to day. As well as the thinking, I'll do the doing. Taking responsibility for client projects from brief to plan to execution, I always focus on delivering outcomes that will bring real value and bolster a brand's long-term reputation.(Which doesn't always mean sending out a press release!)
