About Hannah Gillman

I am adaptable and conscientious plus able to work well as part of a team or alone and I am able to build rapport with customers and colleagues quickly. At present I hold the position of Sales Support Executive within SHS. My daily responsibilities include internal customer service, processing and managing price amendments, and making sure that my Sales team have all the up to date information and reports that they need to generate incremental sales. I work very closely with the Commercial team by being conscientious of products spec, required licencing, product ranges and stock levels. I have a friendly and helpful manner and I always aim to leave people feeling satisfied with any project I assist with, whether it be problems that have arisen or general queries. I am a fast learner and enjoy thinking a task through to find the most efficient way to complete it. I prioritize my work load to make sure that deadlines are met and that the tasks are completed to the best of my ability.
