Vice Consul Hannah Eloisse Go joined the Philippine Foreign Service in 2018 and has built a career in diplomacy focused on consular services, public diplomacy, and community engagement. Her assignments have included serving as Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. at the Philippine Embassy in Tehran and as Principal Assistant at the Office of Consular Affairs, where she helped modernize processes and enhance customer service through technology-driven solutions. Before joining the foreign service, Vice Consul Go established her professional foundation in marketing and communications, holding key roles in global firms such as Baker McKenzie and White & Case. She specialized in corporate communications, IT strategies, and digital marketing—experience that continues to guide her innovative approach to public service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Studies from the University of the Philippines. A proud daughter of the Province of Antique, she is passionate about leveraging technology to improve service delivery, connect with communities, and strengthen people-to-people ties. Beyond her diplomatic career, she has a deep interest in art, emerging technologies, and music. At the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, Vice Consul Go currently oversees dual citizenship services, public diplomacy, and community engagement, serving the vibrant Filipino community in the jurisdiction of the Consulate, and working to deepen the enduring partnership between the Philippines and the United States.
