As the Program Manager, I lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to this mission and have been working in this field for over four years. I have an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fitchburg State University and several certificates related to substance use disorder and mental health. I manage the PCO-CIMS data collection software, coordinate training, facilitate meetings, and represent PCO at various events. I also oversee the PCO Recovery Coaches, who provide peer support and linkage to services for people who have experienced an overdose.
